confirming. Good guess FabStz.

With
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/97425bd9639578c397f260d5c745a73f0964406a
reverted on top of current master HEAD (or Wine 5.0-rc5) it works.

You can also work around using 'winetricks -q vcrun2010'.
