Crash due to unimplemented function ntoskrnl.exe.RtlIsNtDdiVersionAvailable
appears during installation of USBMidiDriver, it can be re-run by
ArturiaMIDI_DriverSetup.exe, it does not appear during the program run.

Wow, confirming, that the hack works! Wine should definitely have a simple
"knob" to disable wine_get_version availability for applications. Not for
messing with wine-unfriendly applications but just to help these wine-friendly
applications that once tried to workaround a wine-specific bug that is already
fixed upstream.
