This might be a duplicate (see e.g.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48432)

Could you try if running in Staging with "hide wine version" (in winecfg)
changes anything?

Also could you post output of 

'grep wine_get_version Pigments.exe'

(Ran from where the program resides)
