I installed Origin yesterday with wine-staging-5.0-rc5, and initially i had the
same problems... however, it seemed to be fixed by installing vcrun2019 right
after creating the prefix.

WINEPREFIX=/your/prefix winetricks dlls vcrun2019

When i did that, the Origin client apparently seemed to install just fine. I
have not tested this long enough to know what happens if a Origin client update
happens tho.
