I don't know that there's anything particularly wrong with this bug report;
it's just that nobody has taken the time or been able to successfully fix the
bug. I'd say it's certainly usual to release software with bugs, especially
since Wine uses a time-based release schedule.

Have you tried current upstream (non-Staging) Wine?
