Ok, I can confirm previous error on fresh WINEPREFIX, even when started like
wine start /unix /home/louis/StaxRip.exe

As I said, I already had native dotnet40/48 installed.


After installing dotnet40/48 the error is gone so somehow this must be a
mono-bug i think.
