Confirming. Looks like it chokes while it tries to read missing registry
entries. 
I exported a bunch from win7 (virtualbox). When i "regedit" them, the program
starts. On subsequent tries to start again it mostly crashes, but when i add
the registrykeys again, it start again... (maybe wine alters/removes the keys?)
