The first demo, as Olivier stated, works fine, as long as the 32-bit GStreamer
libraries are present.

The second demo tries to manually create the mp3 decoder filter. `winetricks -q
l3codecx` makes it work. It fails similarly on versions of Windows that don't
have l3codecx.ax.
