Yes, I think it's still the same issue. 

If you use WINEDEBUG=+ole on 3DMark03 (3DMark03_v360_1901.exe at least, not
sure what the Systeminfo version actually is), before it complains about
{f21aabf7-4f63-48fb-9524-822429922224} you can see the same "No LocalService
value" warning of LoL. 

3DMark06 1.2.1 somewhat seems to run past this issue, only to get stuck on some
unhandled privileged instruction thing.
