A commit has been pushed.
It is reported to fix World of Warcraft in bug 45349.

The current solution is to split the working parts from the disabled patchset
into a separate patchset.

The new patchset is 'winebuild-pe_syscall_thunks'.

I don't think it will appear in a changelog, but in the wine-staging release
announcement.
