Chiming in to report the same problem with 'vanilla' staging 5-12 in debian
bullseye (AMDGPU driver, teste in wayland and Xorg, with and without dxvk). 

Battle.net loads fine, can install, remove and configure games ok. Cannot
launch anything in 32 or 64 bits - either via the launcher or direct calls to
the exe files.

'wine-stable' (v5.0.1) can't get Battle.net to load or install.
