Please read <http://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs> before reporting bugs.

I very much doubt this software can be made to work; it requires hardware
access that Wine by design can't have as a user-mode application. You should
probably look into using native tools instead. Off the top of my head gparted
comes to mind.
