$ cd ~/src/wine-git && git log -n1 --format="%H"
536aec511612afd002808508d76bd5640f359f25

$ ~/src/wine-git/wine --version
wine-5.13

Solved initial issue, games (SC2 at least) could start.
Installing dxvk to wineprefix caused Battle.net to fire error messages, but
this is not the initial bug.

I believe this can be resolved, thank you.
