I can confirm this issue on MX Linux 19.2 (Debian 10) but with Steam Proton
5.0.9.

I was able to get passed the initial error:
"ERROR Patch manifest state error in eualas: UnzipFailed (6) (e206)"
by adding the VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5

But then I get:
"ERROR Download Error :Download configuration failed (e309)"

Users of Manjaro have reported no issues at all, so I believe this is isolated
specifically to Debian and the SWTOR client itself.
