Hi Nikolai, yes it's problematic as it won't launch  at all when the working
directory is the home folder (as it is normally when launched from the .desktop
file or when double-clicking a project file)

I had to add a script that first changes directory to the dir where I save my
projects as the file count is much smaller

I doubt it's an Ableton bug as it doesn't exhibit this behaviour on Windows
