To minimize it to the system tray, you have to go Options -> Preferences, and
under Environment -> Window, tick "Minimize main window to taskbar status area
(system tray)".
However whether I do this or not, I cannot reproduce the problem. The column
headers are always drawn, whether I use 5.17.3 or 5.17.6, whether I scroll down
or not, whether the left or right pane is selected or I've only got a single
pane, whether I am using compositing or not, whether (in winecfg) I allow
window manager to decorate/control windows or not.
Please start from a clean WINEPREFIX and change settings one at a time until
you find which single setting causes the headers to not get drawn.
