Yes, I also think that getting a failing cert name and / or ID from +wintrust
log could be very helpful.

Regarding the present bug, maybe it worth opening a support ticket with SWTOR.
I guess Windows did not remove those certs yet, but it probably will at some
point and at that moment the launcher will stop working on supported Windows
10, so developers might want to deal with that in advance (or quite possible
they are already aware and are planning an update).
