This bug was submitted when ClientSdk.dll issue was present also in Staging. It
doesn't seem to be valid anymore - Starcraft can be launched without changing
Windows version to 2003 or Vista. Of course a PE build of Staging is needed for
it to work, but this is covered by bug 42741.
Shouldn't this one be closed or marked as duplicate?
