The text inputs are just asking for a name for your mayor and a company(?).
Regardless I was able to install and play the game.

There are other bugs pointing to winevdm and I think some of them mention Arch
so it's possible it's Arch specific? And/or a regression. Can the original
reporter try an older version of wine?
