Since:

676f261e5e9959e8fb9fe6266ffd2a29bcda2c0d Updated ntdll-ForceBottomUpAlloc
patchset.

Running any application (builtin or external) with Wine fails e.g. wineboot ,
winecfg , etc.

Tested with Gentoo + wine-staging:9999
