Proper DLL refcounting was implemented for quartz in
<https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/cb3dc989286f7933c6982cded376eb4e04bd595c>,
part of Wine 5.4. Based on the backtraces I think we can safely conclude that
this bug is due to missing DLL refcounting and is fixed now.
