32-bit support was removed on macOS Catalina hence this can't work with plain
Wine and simple wrappers/bundlers.

You might want to look at CodeWeavers' solution, CrossOver 19 which supposedly
allows to run 32-bit apps using "wine32on64" technology on Catalina.
