A +qcap,+quartz,+qedit,+strmbase,+tid,+pid log.

Steps to reproduce:
0. `winetricks -q riched20` for work around bug 5162 ;
1. Download and install WeChat;
2. Login and start a video chat with a contact;
3. End the first video chat and start another.

WeChat will complain not available cameras found.


Tested with wine-5.10-88-gbf454cc394.
