On second thought I think we should just resolve this as fixed, and track next
problems in new bugreports

In current git I get:

unimplemented function prntvpt.dll.PTConvertDevModeToPrintTicket called in
64-bit code

I applied pending patch on devel-list

Then I get: 

Call from 0x7b01133e to unimplemented function
prntvpt.dll.PTGetPrintCapabilities, aborting
