[Bug 47015] Photoshop CC2019 login screen content does not render without native msxml3

Photoshop CC2020 - the login doesn’t render despite winetricks -q msxml3 and
set to native.

Installed all the other necessary DLLs.

CC2019 and CC2018 used to allow log in with the DLLs copied from Windows
workaround described in a previous comment. However, this workaround no longer
works for me (I believe since Wine 5.0).
