No, unfortunately that old installer got lost when I broke my git-annex some
years ago. The Internet Archive has many snapshots from the download site but
sadly not for the updater.

I'm still able to reproduce the problem with old Wine 2.x/3.x releases and the
download from comment #0

Good news: the problem was fixed in between Wine 4.2 and 4.3 releases. Maybe I
provide the commit info later ;-)
