I'm experiencing a slightly different timezone issue with wine.

Although the host reflects the time zone and therefore local time
(GMT+10)correctly, the time in the WINE app is displaying UTC+0.

This is apparent in wine-4.2 and wine-5.11.

Is this a simple settings I'm overlooking ?
