[Bug 37885] Battle.net launcher fails to set permissions on WoW files

i tried running this natively with d3d11/d3d12/opengl/software renderer and
none of them could render something to screen, that being said, i do believe
the original bug has been fixed, as battle.net does not state 'update' after
closing the game.
