Which wine version did you use?  That link is dead now.  

Updated download URL to:

Change version to Windows XP in winecfg.
Installer runs.  Option to run the program doesn't work.

With wine-5.2 based on comment #17 it doesn't start.   The same output occurs
when the installer tries to launch the program.
