Hello folks,

replacing with stable download link from Internet Archive.

It's still broken for me. When the app starts maximized (default), the
scrollbar is stuck. The scrollbar starts working only in following cases:

* app is minimized (to bottom half of desktop) -or-
* 'Allow the window manager to decorate the windows' unchecked in 'winecfg'
-or-
* 'Allow the window manager to control the windows' unchecked in 'winecfg' -or-

Same behaviour as with old Wine 1.6, 1.7, 1.9 versions.
Using 'Xfwm4' here.
