Hello,

1. Issues in a single application is severity normal.
Read more about severity levels descriptions there:
https://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs#severity

2. Don't set component if you haven't identified the faulty component.

3. Do fill the version field with the oldest wine version to your knowledge
that is affected by the issue. "wine --version" will tell you which version of
Wine you're using.

4. Please attach a normal (=without WINEDEBUG) terminal output.
