The date changes with every run which means the date format issue is an "always
new error". Because of this the TestBot will report most comctl32 patches as
responsible for this failure(*) which should cause them to be rejected. Thus
fixing this issue is high priority.

(*) Though at least in this case it won't if the last WineTest run happened on
the same day. So don't submit comctl32 patches between midnight and 4am or on
weekends I guess...
