Hello folks,

this was fixed by commit
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/05d76e7cfeb3361beb6259fb389e96bd46c015e3
("winex11.drv: Allow the drop target to be a transparent window.").

Part of Wine 4.10 release.

Fixed/referenced in bug 41606 ("Wrong processing of WM_DROPFILES message,
received only by the top level windows.") which makes it a dupe, even if this
one is a bit older.
