BF4 logs evdev disabled, SDL enabled, hidraw enabled, map controllers disabled

Done. Set Map Controllers to 0, but it didn't make a difference - tried with
SDL enabled, evedv disabled, hidraw enabled, map controllers disabled. Log
attached.
