Ugh. Unfortunately the game asks dinput to enumerate joysticks, but doesn't
seem to do anything with the information returned (it doesn't even ask what
axes and buttons the device has). I'd guess it's incorrect somehow, but I
checked with Windows 10 and it's not clear that it is.
