The problem here is could be a while before the worse issues turn up.   The
global alteration is problem.   There have been handful of people who have done
the old modification that have been caught by the security risk.

The does need at some point come the ability to set the caps in usage based on
WINEPREFIX to take away the attack surface.

What been done is like half the fix.
