This version is really too ancient, please upgrade to wine-5.* and try again if
the bug is still present.

Also take a note of/read https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46314,

This application is reported to be "wine-aware" so it might be needed to run
this in wine-Staging and hide wine-version in winecfg (under Staging-tab)


Could you please report back what it does if you take into account the two
above recommendations?
