[Bug 48994] GTA: San Andreas + SilentPatch 1.1 build 32 crashes on start

Still present in Wine-Staging 5.8.

If you have the retail/DVD 1.0 version of the game you only need
SilentPatch: http://silent.rockstarvision.com/uploads/SilentPatchSA.zip
ASI Loader: http://silent.rockstarvision.com/uploads/silents_asi_loader_13.zip

The contents of both zips should be extracted in the game directory where
gta_sa.exe resides. If SilentPatch is installed then the game crashes after
start in Staging.

If you have the Steam version one more step/download is needed. The Steam
version has to be downgraded to v1.0. I used the link to the downgrader from
this forum post:

After downgrading, the ASI Loader and SilentPatch should be placed in the game
directory just like with the retail version.
