[Bug 35057] Corel Paint Shop Pro X trial fails to install

Still fails, I don't see an msi error, instead the installer silently exits.
Output shows mshtml and friends, including the error:
004a:err:mshtml:on_stop_nsrequest RemoveRequest failed: 80004005

that's likely a related but different issue, given that the sha matches:
