This looked easier than I thought it might be so I wrote a quick patch. I've
tested it in an old version of Firefox (30.0; I happened to already have it
installed in a prefix); the old behaviour was to go back and forward in
history, the new behaviour is to scroll horizontally. I've submitted it to
wine-devel here
