Wine Patch glibc solution wine >= 5.9

Under Wine Staging Version 5.9 the old custom Patch no longer applies, this is
the renewed version.

I can't validate that loading into game actually works since
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49025 seems to persist in 5.9.
