Follow up to bug 41559:

winecfg now allows `winecfg /v winxp` to get the windows version. It would be
useful to be able to do similar to get the reported version.

That could be winecfg, or, as Focht pointed out in
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41559#c7, could be via native win32
methods:
