Updated to wine-staging 5.9. Nothing changed. The same errors happened, both
with `wineboot` and `winecfg`.

Environment:
Wine-staging 5.9
OS: Fedora 32
Linux kernel: 5.6.13
WINEDEBUG=+process,+pid,+wineboot

P.S.: I won't attach new logs, as they're almost the same with the previous
logs (the differences are related to runtime stuff, not to the wine itself).
