The problem fixed by removing .local/share/wineprefixes/.wine32 directory.
AFAIK,  to make a clean environment, one should remove only the $HOME/.wine
directory, am I right?

By the way, it may be an incompatibility change with recent versions of
Wine-staging, as there was no error before upgrading to Wine-staging 5.8 (e.g.
from 5.5 to 5.6 or 5.6 to 5.7). The confirms by others (on recent distros like
Fedora 32 and Ubuntu 20.04) seem to prove that. As a result, I will not mark
this bug as resolved; this should be a incompatibility bug.

I will try to reproduce the error, and post the steps here.
