Reproduced the error, and thanks to:

fixed by `strip kernelbase.dll` (i.e. in /opt/wine-staging/lib64/wine).

wiping .local/share/wineprefixes is not a fix.

I'm trying to reproduce the steps again, and after making sure the steps are
reproducible, I'll post them here.
