Hello folks,

revisiting, still present. Still need to patch 'configure.ac' to add
'--with-fpu=fpu' option for ARM hard-float toolchains (neon*|vfp*) in order to
get fpu setting propagated via TARGETFLAGS.

$ wine --version
wine-5.9
