With wine-5.20-141-g03eaa2cc93e this has improved. Clean prefix it no longer
hangs and there is video output. Though the psychedelic colors and only part of
the frame. Default terminal output:

In the attached screenshot the top is the playback in Wine and the bottom is
from gst-play in about the same place. The output is 640x480 in both cases, but
the Wine playback has the broken colors and apparently has doubled the width,
i.e. 1280x480. With the output itself still limited to 640x480.
