I don't think it is the video card, but rather the upgraded graphic engine in
patch 9.0.1.
Sure, a RX480 doesn't support raytracing, but as long as windows is fine, i
refuse to blame the card.

I get rainbow colors on lowest settings, it is just less obvious because the
amount of vegetation is greatly reduced.

Should we do api / shader traces to get this fixed faster?
