Hello,

I confirm I get errors in dmesg too when I run 'winecfg' while the CD/DVD drive
is empty.

When there is a disk in the drive nothing gets logged in dmesg.

Not a wine-staging bug, it happens with vanilla wine too;
Component is mountmgr.sys;
The bug title is misleading.
→ Bug updated.

Still needs a regression test.
