I also hit this bug while testing the Chromium Embedded Framework test EXE on
macOS, it crashes in __acrt_get_process_end_policy() when quitting the app.

I opened a bug with Microsoft to fix the C runtime, it's a long shot but worth
a try. Anyone with a Microsoft account should go over and upvote it.
